Meeting times 1hr earlier in europre, next two weeks.

Hopefully this is a reminder or repeat notice for most of you.

Due to daylight saving time, all W3C telecons between March 11 and March
25, will appear to people in EUROPE to be an hour earlier than usual.
If your meeting is usually at 16:00, for example, it will instead be at
15:00 for these two weeks, starting Monday.

For people in the US, the meetings will be at the usual time. Everyone
else, please check the details in the attached message.

Dear chairs

Semi-annual reminder of the upcoming change due to Daylight Saving Time.

Most of the US and Canada will be moving theirs clocks forward on Sunday
March 11 2012. This is two weeks earlier than Europe. Most European clocks
will move 1 hour forward on Sunday March 25 2012.

Between March 11 and March 25, the time difference between US and Europe
will be 1 hour less than it currently is.

Most Zakim teleconference times are based on the US clocks. Therefore,
unless groups have sent specific requests to base their teleconference
times on some other timezone or to change your teleconference times for
this period, most folks outside the US will need to join teleconferences
*one hour earlier* between 11 March and 25 March.

The time links in each date of the teleconference calendar [1] confirm the
time that Zakim has been instructed to start the teleconference.

If you are unsure about the scheduled time of any teleconference, check
the UTC (Z) link above the teleconference name on the specific date of
that teleconference; e.g. [2].

If you require any changes to individual teleconference times, please be
sure to give adminreq sufficient notice [3].
