As a point to remember for the next publication round, but at least before we progress to PR, 
we should think about adding an acknowledgements section to all docs (we should, I guess 
thank at least all commenters, etc.)

@Editors, please keep this in mind, if you haven't got an acknowledgements section in your doc yet.
