Executing the decision on blank bodes in DELETE

If we are banning blank node syntax in DELETE templates and DELETE 
WHERE, then should we also ban them in DELETE DATA?

3.1.2 DELETE DATA says:

Since blank node labels are only unique within each specific context, 
there is no way to describe a blank node in the graph_triples such that 
it will match existing data.
]]
