RedStore tests for the Uniform HTTP Protocol for Managing RDF Graphs

Hello,

In case anyone is interested, I have a test suite, written in perl, for
testing the SPARQL 1.1 Uniform HTTP Protocol for Managing RDF Graphs support
in RedStore:

Should be easily adaptable to work with other implementations.
