I regret to send such late notice canceling today's call.

We got notice yesterday that our Internet would be down this morning,
and the downtime has extended beyond what it was scheduled for.

I'll suggest spending the hour instead on editing (I will work on
protocol) and _signing up for reviews for Last Call docs on the wiki_.
