I wasn't in the last telecon where we went over outstanding comments, but I noticed that I have yet to respond to Leigh Dodds comment on the HTTP protocol WD. I don't remember if the WG had given a thumbs up to my response in the end (I incorporated many of the changes in that comment, in any case).
