p.s.: as Lee brought to my attention, we realy should also discuss the result of the negation poll [1] tomorrow.
We seem to have a clear majority in favor of
2. MINUS in graph patterns and [NOT] EXISTS in FILTERs only
by which we can close ISSUE-29. I would like to address this as first subitem under "issues and schedule",
please apologise for adding this agendum late.
