SPARQL HTML forms at endpoint URI (was: Re: Minutes of 2009-08-18)

http://demo.openlinksw.com/sparql seems to be an example of this as best 
  I can tell. (action="")

http://librdf.org/query seems to be another example. (action="/query")

Not sure of any others off the top of my head.
