          + ACTION EricP: add test case for support of xsd:boolean (ala

       We approved some tests last week; I see Revision 1.608
       2006/01/18 01:33:37 eric ~ clarify value of an EBV per message
       to DAWG. Are we done? PROPOSED that we are.
    5. Toward CR
          + [18]lc comment status: 26 open, 32 pending, and 36 closed
            as of v1.46 of 2006/01/11 18:44:29 (also: lists in editor's
            drafts)
               o Charmod conformance; my [19]OK? message has a forward
                 reference to protocol LC. Reviewer asks for I18N WG

          + substantive changes since last call... 20 Dec rf1 change
            (jeen offered to do a test case). @@link to summary of
