TypePromotion tests

I created a bunch of type promotion tests. They test for proper
subtypte substitution and type promotion of all the SPARQL numeric
types. I extended the test schema to include boolean tests. Instead of
a ResultSet having a resultVariable and solutions, it has a boolean.
