minutes RDF Data Access 15 Mar ... IRC log enough?

I haven't seen minutes for review... Kevin, did I miss them?

Perhaps the IRC log will serve?


Sometimes I use the minutes as a trigger to get started on my
actions... in case you do too, here it is.

I see the following open action items:
