I'm not sure if it is what you want, but the manifests and test files are
available as a tarball and zipfile in both turtle and RDF/XML syntaxes,
under "Source archives" on the tests page:
http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/DataAccess/tests/

A better title would help, but if theres anyting else that would be
helpful, please say.
