Lee, I have implemented a SPARQL service in the Pyrrho DBMS. It complies with all but one of the tests in the SPARQL test suite that you have just approved. The tests were run on 21 August just after the vote of your committee. The open source edition of Pyrrho DBMS software can be downloaded from http://www.pyrrhodb.org specifically http://www.pyrrhodb.org/OSP.zip It uses the .NET framework and runs on Windows and Linux. The document about the SPARQL tests is http://www.pyrrhodb.org/sparql.htm The only test that fails is open-eq-12, which I believe is erroneous.
