I expect the best will be one message for each of your top
3 or 4 comments, and then a batch for the rest.

To the extent that you have independent comments that are
requests to change the protocol (and not just the description
of the protocol), please send those in separate messages.

It's probably easiest to batch up editorial suggestions,
i.e. change requests that you're happy for the editor
to do with as he pleases.
