Again, for this week: *European* participants, please note the telecon  
is an hour earlier for you.

the current state of the actions as far as I'm aware of it from the  
mailing list.
Can the Editors of both ED please give a short summary where they are  
and what is missing? (BTW, mentioning the action in the mail helps  
identifying what has been done ...).
