Handling Last Call Comments

I would like to review the last call comments and how they were resolved.
As I think through how I would go about this, I would ideally review
something like:

1) list of last call comments (I think I can find this on the wiki and the
mailing list)
2) description of how the working group and/or editors responded and any
changes they decided to make (I think if I look through meeting minutes and
the mailing list I might be able to find these)
3) link to text that shows a diff of changes made to the last call version
in response to the comment (I don't know how to do this.)

So, question for the working group: is there a good way for me to see diffs
between the last call version of the R2RML spec and the latest official
version?
