I implemented the ISSUE-76 resolution in the R2RML ED.

Object maps that use rr:template and have no rr:termType would default to producing IRIs. Having rr:language or rr:datatype on such an object map was an error. By the new rules, the presence of any of these properties changes the default term type to rr:Literal.
