            Bug ID: 28910
Summary: XQST0034 called for conflicting version declarations?
Product: XPath / XQuery / XSLT
           Version: Working drafts
          Hardware: PC
                OS: Windows NT
            Status: NEW
          Severity: minor
          Priority: P2
         Component: XQuery 3.1
          Assignee: jonathan.robie@gmail.com
          Reporter: pwalmsley@datypic.com
        QA Contact: public-qt-comments@w3.org

Section 4.1 says "A processor may raise an error [err:XQST0034] if the modules
of a query do not have the same version number."

That seems like a strange error to call in that case, since that error has to
do with duplicate function declarations.
