[Bug 27824] fn-normalize-unicode-11 fails if Unicode 6.2 is used

Thanks for fixing this.  When you made the three versions of the test
(fn-normalize-unicode-11, fn-normalize-unicode-11-6-0, and
fn-normalize-unicode-11-6-2) it appears you accidentally associated the tests
with the wrong query files.  For example, fn-normalize-unicode-11-6-0 depends
on unicode-version=6.0 but references query file
fn-normalize-unicode-11-6-2.xq.  I have fixed the references in CVS.
