for #45, #46, some implementations use the idea of structured typing techniques
to resolve the issue. However, I won't list details here as this is beyond the
scope of what current pessimesitc static typing spec can do. If certain parts
of
the standard does not make sense and serve user's application need, I have to
choose to ignore those parts.
