    should be close to 3.1 (say, between the current 3.2 and 3.3).

    The title has 2 occurrences of "usability" and 1 of "testing", so 
    where does 4 come from?

    There's no prose for this example.
    It's pretty close to example 1, so maybe it's a leftover.
