[xslt20] reference to xquery (editorial)

The XSLT spec should probably have a non-normative reference in A.2 to
XQuery.

Partly because the word Xquery appears several times (usually in a
reference to serialisation or data model specs, but also in some
examples) but also because (as happened to me just now away from my
usual bookmarks) if you google yourself on to one of the document
collection it's useful to be able to navigate to the others by way of
the references.
