Section 2.3.2 Editorial/Technical "A name alone corresponds to a reference to a global element or attribute declaration. ": This is confusing. Why should this be used as a schema lookup? Shouldn't this be part of the schema import and inference results and denote something along the line of element a == element a of type xs:anyType?!
