[XSLT 2.0] Union operator in patterns

Re: qt-2004Feb0126-01: [XSLT 2.0] Union operator in patterns

The XSL WG considered this today and decided to accept the comment. The
effect is that the "union" keyword is not allowed in XSLT patterns; the "|"
operator must be used instead.
