I agree that we should make an effort to agree with the Namespaces 1.1 spec
on calling it either an "expanded name" or an "expanded QName". We should
perhaps throw "namespace name" vs "namespace URI" into the melting pot at
the same time.

Paul, perhaps this could be a coordination item for Cannes.
