Hi Publishing SC,

As discussed at our last meeting, we will hold an off-cycle meeting on Friday 28 Oct at 1500 UTC on Zoom [2] and irc #pbgsc. We will continue the discussion following up on the Digital Publishing Salon and next steps (potential charters). Please be sure to review the notes that Mateus and Wendy sent [3]. If there are other urgent items, please identify them early so we can
plan our hour.
