This issue is a placeholder for actions arising from the WG telecon on 2013-03-14, and possibly afterwords.  To be closed when the listed actions are done.

ACTION GK: proposed: "For interoperable provenance publication, use of PROV represented in any of its specified formats is recommended. "

ACTION GK: work on tuning service description text to make it clear that service descriptions other than RDF are OK.

ACTION GK re ISSUE 628 - add note pointing out stylistic inconsistency.
