meeting the exit criteria

Hi All,

We'll talk about this tomorrow in our review of implementations.

Here's the status on where we are at.

==PROV-O has meet the exit criteria ==
By a wide margin

==PROV-N has meet the exit criteria.==

We are missing two "independent" application implementations for the
following concepts: Communication, Delegation, Start, End, Invalidation,
EmptyCollection, Location, Value.

However, we do have vocabulary usage that covers these features as well as
multiple applications from the same institution that do.

==PROV-Constraints has meet the exit criteria==

With a caveat, we say two implementations pass *all* test cases passing*.
My implementation passes all except one. I think this is ok but we'll
discuss this tomorrow. It would have been nice to see another
implementation of the constraints registered. Although, we know there are
implementations in the works this is just a taller ask than for the other
documents.

Overall, my opinion is the registered applications show that PROV is
implementable and useful for a wide variety of applications/use cases
(statistical modeling to Music and adverse events).

Speak tomorrow,
Paul
