In response to our discussions at the last F2F and ACTION-116, I have added http://aquarius.tw.rpi.edu/prov-wg/prov-o#cross-reference-index to the latest draft of PROV-O.

On the way towards implementing the index, I have also reordered the terms listed in http://aquarius.tw.rpi.edu/prov-wg/prov-o#prov-o-at-a-glance

The order of the terms is derived from https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/prov/file/tip/ontology/term-order.csv

Any feedback on these changes is welcome.
