Per http://www.w3.org/TR/2012/CR-html5-20121217/links.html#other-link-types add definition of provenance link relation type URIs at http://microformats.org/wiki/existing-rel-values#HTML5_link_type_extensions, so they may be used with HTML5.

(Note: use with prior versions of HTML dopes not require such registration, as URIs are generally allowed as extension relation types, per http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5988)
