Re: https://www.w3.org/2011/prov/track/issues/565 Reviewing this issue, and in particular around the message at http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-prov-wg/2012Oct/0039.html, I think this leads to an decision to use full URIs in the link relations. This would eliminate section 6 (IANA considerations) from this document, and require examples to be updated throughout. I'd like to check that everyone who cares is OK with this fairly significant change. #g
