I think so ... maybe in an appendix of PROV-O, and in the OWL file.

(That was a suggestion; I'm happy to leave placement to PROV-O editors' 
discretion.  It's also based on an assumption that you've already decided that 
all terms appearing in the OWL file should also appear in prov-o somewhere - 
appearing in the OWL file is a consequence of using the same namespace URI; I'm 
ambivalent about whether they also need to be in the PROV-O document.)
