Outstanding issues on PROV-DM

I
am sorry but I am time constrained right now due to grant proposals
deadline for next week. Hence, I may not be able to review and close the
issues before the 2F2F.

As we discussed in earlier telcon, these issues do not hold up release of
TPWD of DM, but I believe we need to discuss them - as we are doing
currently with vote on "universe of discourse" constituents.
