Hi Paul,

This issue has been open for a while now. Your original suggestions have 
been incorporated.

Unfortunately, very little debate has occurred about these. We don't 
have a mechanism to
decide whether a relation should be included in PROV-DM or whether it 
belongs to an application
specific extension. We don't know either when we have reached a 
"complete" set of relations.

Nevertheless, I propose to close this issue.

Thoughts?
