IBBT becomes iMinds

 To all editors,

last month, IBBT, the organization where Sam Coppens and I work, changed
its name to iMinds.
Now, this change has been applied to our W3C membership as well.

Could we ask all editors to change the name of our affiliation in all the
editor's drafts?
Our correct affiliation is now:

iMinds - Ghent University

This change should be made in the author lists of PROV-DM and
PROV-Constraints, and in the acknowledgements of all documents.
This is important to support the funding of our W3C activities. We
apologize for the additional overhead.
