prov-wg - Next Week's Telco canceled & Happy Holidays

Hi All,

After chatting with Luc, we felt that having a telcon next week
(2012/12/20) so close to the holidays wouldn't probably be helpful so we
decided to cancel it. We can obviously still have our conversations via
email

So....
