Updated stakeholders survey on wiki, need to compile list of communities to inform when survey goes live

The planning page for the 2nd iteration of the Stakeholder questionnaire has been updated with a draft of the new questionnaire.  We intend to publish the new survey form by the group meeting this week.  Please review and provide feedback by then.

We also need to compile a list of target communities and/or contact individuals to notify about the updated survey.  If you know of anyone please either add them to the bottom of the wiki page (if say a mailinglist) or contact myself or Helena directly with contact information (if privacy considerations need be taken into account).
