Discussion focus for the next two weeks

Hi All,

I would like to focus our discussions in the next two weeks on the 
following:

1) The PAQ document
2) shortcuts in the model (are the shortcuts proposed good?, do we need 
more?)
3) making sure our outreach questionnaire is good

This is not to discourage comments or issues being raised on the core 
model, but given thatPaolo and Luc are away it's just harder to make 
progress on these issues.
