I agree with @darobin suggests both about not scattering things (it would be great if PATCG was the center of this universe) and regarding the suggestion of endorsement (we're talking about Topics now, which at some level is an endorsement of it). However, I supported @martinthomson suggestion out of concern for what happens to proposals like Topics if they're included in the PATCG repository and this community decides not to move forward with them, but the proposer wants to continue to pursue them.
