Drafted response to LC-Comment 52a (JR6a)

Hi!

I have finished drafting the response to (Non-)LC comment 52a (JR6a):

The draft is complementary to that for JR6b (drafted by Peter), the latter being on the naming issue, while my draft only considers Jonathan's specific comments on the RDF-Based Semantics.

As a note, every time the draft talks about a planned future change ("in the next publication..."), this change has already been made in the Wiki version of the RDF-Based Semantics document. But since the RDF-Based Semantics is not yet in LC, there will be no diffs, just intentions. :-)
