If any of the other documents get re-published as last calls I think we 
must publish them together with the RDF semantics. This would help 
avoiding misunderstandings regarding the role of RDF.

To speed up things: I am happy to be listed as official reviewer. I have 
actually reviewed the document the last few weeks and had quite some 
discussions with Michael on some details (although my role was, 
essentially, to act as a sounding board for Michael's ideas...)
