discussion of comment points Only two points to consider, A) what do we want them to say about OWL2 see comment 17 at the very end of the message. B) do we want to make a fuss about ^^rif:iri and "text@lang"^^rif:text These are poorly "datatypes" (the defn seems to be at http://www.w3.org/2005/rules/wiki/DTB ) that replace the more familiar (at least to us) conventions of <http://uri> and "text"@lang If we do, I suspect the WG would want to tone down some of my exasperation - most of the other comments are on this topic.
