Where is the forbidden RDF vocabulary?

Hi!

I don't understand how the current WDs prevent "RDF syntax reflection" in
OWL-1.1-DL ontologies. For example, I don't manage to find out that the following RDF graphs
are disallowed in OWL-1.1-DL:

  Graph 1:

    (R11) rdf:type rdf:type rdf:type

  Graph 2:

    (R21) :w rdf:type rdf:List
    (R22) :w rdf:first :q
    (R23) :w rdf:rest rdf:nil

Note that in OWL-1.0, there existed a list of "disallowed vocabulary", which
prevented the above RDF graphs from being valid OWL-DL, see
