The section "Someone like Christopher Rose" was first entered by me, pointing to the email. Apparently our wiki is not closed to creating accounts and Christopher appears to have elaborated, though it need to be confirmed that it was him, despite the user name. I've added a note to that effect. The section "A (relatively) non-technical business user" was added by Bijan, according to the log. http://www.w3.org/2007/OWL/wiki/index.php? title=Who_Reads_Our_Documents&diff=2302&oldid=1787 I edited the page to sign his name.
