ISSUE-136 (owl:members): Implemented resolution for OWL 2 Full (only)

Hi!

I have just implemented today's resolution of ISSUE-136 for OWL 2 Full.

Someone else has to update the *RDF-Mapping* document accordingly. AFAIR,
there were no actions created on this.
