W3C/MIT offer to host F2F3

W3C at MIT (next to Boston) would be happy to host OWL F2F3.  The exact
details would depend on the dates.  Hotel rooms are likely to run about
$200US/night.  We'll probably have a funky looking room in the Stata
Center [1].

Any other hosting offers, other than this an HP/Bristol?   We need to
decide soon, so hosting offers need to be in very soon.
