In OWL 1, there was the possiblity of having redundant typing triples, as in, e.g., ex:foo rdf:type owl:ObjectProperty ex:foo rdf:type rdf:Property For purposes of backward compatability, the reverse RDF mapping has been augmented to allow (but ignore) these redundant typing triples. The changes are recorded at http://www.w3.org/2007/OWL/wiki/index.php?title=Mapping_to_RDF_Graphs&diff=5487&oldid=5486 peter
