I have edited the F2F2 page
	http://www.w3.org/2007/OWL/wiki/F2F2_proposals
and added a section for voting.

If you care where and when the second F2F will be, please vote your
preferences on that page by 21 November 2007.

I have left open the possibility of new proposals.  If you have a new
proposal, add it to the page *and* send email so that WG members know to
(re)vote.
