Yeah. Ian told me about the "works in progress" page: http://www.w3.org/2007/OWL/wiki/Work_In_Progress And I've started using that. I intended to link to my annotation proposal from the "right" places in the syntax document, but I don't quite understand the syntax for the issues boxes.... Cheers, Bijan.
