ISSUE-55 (was Re: Agenda for teleconference Wednesday December 19th, 2007)

This turned out to be moot as we didn't get this far in the agenda.

It would be useful if you could provide an argument in favour of  
postponing rather than rejecting (other than the need for a clear  
justification, which is obviously be an absolute requirement in  
either case).
